Roommates, we are sending our deepest condolences to the loved ones of Bob Saget following the news of his passing. TMZ confirmed that the actor was found in his hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando, FL. Officials arrived at the scene around 4 pm after he was found by security and pronounced deceased at the scene. The circumstances surrounding his death are unclear.
According to his Instagram, he had his last show on Saturday night, and afterward, he took to social media to thank his audience. He wrote, “Okay, I loved tonight’s show @pontevedra_concerthall in Jacksonville. Really nice audience. Lots of positivity. Happened last night in Orlando last night at the Hard Rock Live too. Very appreciative and fun audiences.”
He continued writing, “Thanks again to @comediantimwilkins for opening. I had no idea I did a two-hour set tonight. I’m back in comedy like I was when I was 26. I guess I’m finding my new voice and loving every moment of it. A’ight, see you in two weeks Jan. 28 & 29 @pbimprov with my brother @therealmikeyoung – And check BobSaget.com for my dates in 2022 – – Goin’ everywhere until I get the special shot. And then probably keep going cause I’m addicted to this s**t. Peace out.”
To many of us, Bob was known as his character Danny Tanner on the classic television show ‘Full House.’ Fans were stunned to learn of his passing, including celebrities like Martin Lawrence. The comedian also shared condolences on Instagram, writing, “This one hits hard. Such an amazing human being. My condolences and prayers go out to the family of @bobsaget #rip.” We are keeping his loved ones lifted in prayer during this time.
